Did you know that a Piccolo is a mini version of a latte served in a small glass. A single shot espresso topped with silky milk and 5mm of foam.

Or that an Espresso is the base of most coffee beverages, usually served in a demitasse cup. A Ristretto is a short single espresso that uses only the first 15-20ml of the extraction. While a Double Espresso is a double shot of espresso extracted using a double group handle.
