Over the past few decades, the Virtue Plus team has grown so much, with warehouses in Launceston and Hobart, Tasmania and Dandenong, Victoria.

You can find our Launceston office and warehouse at 13-15 Fawkner Avenue, Kings Meadows, Tasmania.

The Hobart branch is located at Unit 3, 6 Runway Place, Cambridge, Tasmania which is also home to our own Zando Coffee.

Our Victorian warehouse is located at 80-96 Southpark Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria

Every member of our team holds a dedication to our customers and the values we stand for.

John is one of the original faces from way back when! He has over 32 years of experience in supplying businesses with systems and quality products. John enjoys learning from his customers and their experiences.  

Robert, better known as Rob is an expert at providing customers with the perfect dispensers for their business. He has installed a lot of dispensers over three decades, as one of the other original faces of the Virtue Plus team.

Ben manages the team and keeps everyday operations under control. When he is out of the office, he loves to spend time with his family enjoying the outdoors and exploring the beautiful scenery of Tasmania. 

For the past decade, Nathan has ventured out and about, making sure our customers have everything they need to run their business smoothly. He has a passion for saving his customers money, by providing them with cost effective solutions.  

Edward is a valued member of our sales team. He enjoys grilling a thick steak over charcoal of a weekend.   

Jay develops projects and keeps business expansion opportunities moving forward. Jay loves to go to the beach during the summer and keeps a close eye on Formula 1 throughout the year.

Ian is our Account Manager for Southern Tasmania, he makes it a top priority to provide our customers with everything they need.

Michael is our warehouse manager, keeping everything running behind the scenes and literally keeping the show on the road! Making sure that everything is picked, packed and delivered on time. Michael is an inspiring coach, not only to the team at Virtue Plus, but also to his daughters soccer team.    

You may have spotted Andrew on social media more than once. When he isn’t being photogenic, he is making his way down the West and East Coast of Tasmania, delivering goods to our customers every week. 

Zac takes care of the north west coast run. He is a father to an awesome boy and enjoys playing futsal and traveling.

Rick is a quiet achiever, who always keeps things running smoothly in the warehouse, mostly picking orders and restocking the shelves.

Tony is an all-rounder, taking on a range of warehouse jobs and assisting the team in the Launceston office.

Ryan installs and maintains a wide range of equipment. This equipment spans from simple hand soap dispensers to complex industrial washing machines. He is also a dedicated Essendon fan.

Marcus and Hayden are based in the Hobart warehouse. They work hard to ensure orders are picked, packed and delivered on time around the area.

Sarah takes on multiple roles! Along with sales and marketing, she also assists the Zando team with sales and appointments and enjoys playing a trick or two on the team.

Liz applies her well-honed skills to support the sales team, bringing her valuable experience to the table. Further-more, she is a whiz in the kitchen and loves to keep adding interior design touches to her home.

Emmeline is an expert in sales, ensuring our customers experience a caring, seamless and frictionless customer experience at every tough point!  She is a huge sports fan and especially loves to support the Cronulla Sharks Rugby Team.

For the past few years, Megan has been using her creative flair to produce our promotional materials and keeps the website looking top notch! Megan also uses her creative flair as an avid illustrator.  

Virtue Plus is the proud supplier of Zando Coffee. Kim is the Zando sales guru, keeping customers stocked up with everything they need for the perfect cup of coffee. She adores taking walks along the beach with her dogs.  

 

FAQ

Why am I getting charged a shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $150. If an order is below $150, there is a $20 shipping cost. To avoid this, we encourage orders to be $150 or over.

If you are placing an order online, you can add to your order as you think of things you need. Then place an order when it is over $150.

What is your return policy?

On the rare occasion, if an item needs to be returned, we will offer a refund credit once the item has been returned back to us. If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace the item.

Do you have equipment for hire?

Yes! We have equipment for hire, currently we offer the following products for hire:
– Surefog Ultra Fine Fogger Sprayer for spraying chemicals and pressure cleaning
– Truvox Multi-wash and i-mop for floor cleaning
– The i-gum for removing gum of sidewalks and flooring
– The i-scrub for scrubbing any surface with extreme power and minimal effort
– Premium sanitising stands for events
– Coffee trolley package for events
– Magicus Fragrant Column for fully-automated room scenting

Do you offer equipment free on loan?

We can offer dispensers free on loan to customers that meet a certain criteria. For example, if a set number of refills are purchased, we can offer a free dispenser for loan.

What solutions can you offer an eco-concious business?

We stock a range of eco-friendly products, including food packaging that is made from sugarcane and bamboo. Plus, cleaning chemicals that are biodegradable and contain natural ingredients.

How do I sign up for online shopping?

Why can’t I see all the products in the shop?

You will need to be signed in to see all of the products available. We can set up an account for you.

How can I get rewards points?

We offer a unique program that enables you to earn Platinum Points which are redeemable for top quality gifts as a just reward for your continuing support. Please note that customer accounts need to be up to date for gifts to be redeemed. Customers under contract are not eligible for the rewards program due to their special pricing arrangements. Also, overdue accounts may result in de-registration from the scheme at the discretion of Virtue Plus. You will need to register to be a Platinum Reward Client and thus begin to earn points. Simply fill out the registration form on our website.

How is Virtue Plus linked to Zando Coffee?

Virtue Plus has been supplying Tasmanian businesses for 30 years with innovative systems, packaging and cleaning solutions.

A few years ago, Virtue Plus created its own coffee brand; Zando. This adventure has enabled us to focus on providing cafes and businesses with the products and support they deserve.
